  • Never skip rolling steps – progress through each thickness gradually
  • Skipping levels may tear the dough or damage the machine

Drying Before Cooking:

  • Hang pasta strips on a drying rack, stick, or hanger
  • Let them dry for at least 15–30 minutes – this prevents clumping during cooking

Storage & Maintenance:

  • Make sure the machine is completely clean and dry before storing
  • Remove the crank handle and store in a dry place
  • Occasionally lubricate the moving parts with food-grade oil for smooth operation
